The location is convenient, with a metro station just a ten-minute walk away. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and accommodating, offering complementary airport drop as compensation for any inconvenience caused. the hotel also provides a minibar and complementary buffet dinner.
Noise from the reception and mobile phones disturbed my sleep, taking away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel provided clean rooms and hot water for showers, which was convenient for my Easter holiday. the location was also strategic and easy to access public transport. One more advantage was the friendly staff that was always willing to help guests.
the noise from the reception area made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the warm and friendly staff at the hotel. They were always helpful and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. the hotel's prime location was a big plus. It was conveniently located near popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation. This made it so much easier for us to explore the city. Lastly, I loved the fact that the hotel offered complimentary airport drop-off. This was a great convenience for us as it saved us the hassle of arranging transportation to the airport.
One aspect that was slightly disappointing was the waterline-related problem that the hotel faced. This caused us to be shifted to a different hotel for a few days, which was quite inconvenient and resulted in the need to repack our luggage.
